25+years instructing
3,000+drivers trained
Tommy has been teaching people to drive trucks for over 25 years and has trained more than 3,000 drivers. In that time he's trained delivery drivers, tipper operators, garbage truck drivers and B-double drivers, and watched students go on to train others.
His approach is simple: one student at a time, as much patience as it takes, and no pushing you into an assessment before you're ready.
The business has been registered as Tommy Transport Training School since 2004.
Some students come back years later for their next upgrade. That's the part he's proudest of.
